I think the guys that work here are too busy playing on the phones or chatting amongst themselves to actually help you. I found that i knew more than they did, so didnt really feel i trusted anything they said. I do like the Orange services though.

When I was last at Bluewater, I was with my brother who wanted a new phone, so he went to orange to have a look, and we heard a guy, who had just bought a phone from there say he couldn't get a signal, even thoughhe was still in the shop.

Needless to say we left straight after that.

Bet the staff feel like right wallies!
