Great for a night out with friends

I went here a few months ago for a friend's birthday and to be honest, we were customers from hell and kept changing our orders. It suprised the heck out of me when the got everyone's order exactly right after all of our mind-changing antics. The food was also fantastic so I'll definitely be going back next time I'm in town.

Nice food, service a bit iffy...

This is a chain, so if you've been to any other Zizzi's restaurant, you'll know what to expect.

The food is nice, and usually served quickly. The only thing is, most of the staff in this particular branch don't seem to have English as their first language, and this can sometimes prove to be a problem... one person in our party the last time we visited got meatballs instead of spaghetti bolognaise... just be clear they understand what you are ordering.

It is not an easy task to maintain impeccable standards and uniformity of taste across a chain of over two hundred outlets, yet that is just the distinction that the Zizzi has achieved. Their restaurants, serve authentic Italian food at reasonable prices, in a warm and friendly ambience.

This Zizzi is not the best I've been in, and doesn't beat Brighton's efforts, but the food is still great, and so are the staff.
