As expected
I must admit, this particular restaurant gets incredibly busy around Sunday lunchtime... as is Eastbourne's way, if you visit any time between 12 and 3 you'll be faced with hoards of screaming children/large family groups/old grannies...
BUT, if you go later in the day, the food is just as good (you get big portions, and they let you have all the different types of meat if you want)... but the place is much quieter... you have been warned!

Below expectations
...I used to quite like this place as a cheap and cheerful way to get a great Sunday Roast. However, the last few times I have been faced with over an hour long wait, faced with screaming children and grumpy old ladies. I recommend, if you go on a Sunday, take your earplugs!

As expected
If your looking for a great place to go for Sunday Lunch, Toby Carvery is the place to go. I have visited this place 3-4 times, and it has changed managment 7-8 times within the last year. The serves never seems to be up to scratch, but the food is very good. Eat as much or as little as you like.
