nice place - shame about staff

Beautiful setting which is perfect for a Saturday night birthday party. Disco is good and everyone enjoys the dancing which is just as well since the food takes forever to arrive - it all tastes the same and the staff are amongst the most miserable I have ever seen. Not one smile ever particuarly from the manageress who is rude and unfriendly. I won't be spending my hard earned cash there again

First time ordering here, delivery was quick (& free) and phone service and manner was very friendly. I was told this place was expensive but you get very generous helpings for what you pay for - and the food tastes GREAT. If you like Chinese food, you'll love it here. Simple as that!

Chinese Disco!

Granted I haven't been to the Riverside for a while but the last time I went it was disco night! It was all quite surreal really...we had a lovely meal...the works...then they fired up the sound system and before I knew it people were flinging themselves about to Shania Twain. Weird.

Apparently this happens on a Saturday. Don't get me wrong we had a proper laugh and before I forget the food is really, really good. The staff are super-efficient too...oh and up for a giggle. They'd have to be with all that going on around them!
