Above expectations
River Island offers great fashion at high street prices. I always shop here for t-shirts, jumpers, coats as I tend to think that River Island is fairly priced compared to other shops.
I think it's a nice modern shop, which is always ahead of the trends. I try to always shop here as often as i can The staff are always nice and friendly and are happy to answer any questions you have.
You want it? they have got it!

Beyond expectations
It is so hard working and living in Maidstone with so many amazing shops! River Island has to be my favorite. It has a great range of bright vibrant clothes to suit most ages and sizes. The changing room assistants are very helpful and will always get you a different size. They are also very good at suggesting accesories and shoes to go with the outfits, which make the customer very happy as well as the company! The only downside is that they never have enough staff on the womens tills however a short walk up the stairs to the mens section and they are normally free.(not many people have caught on to this though!).

As expected
A reasonable sized River Island in Maidstone. Not as big as you'll find in some of the shopping centres, but you'll get to see the main lines that they have in store.
Men's clothing is upstairs and when the stuff is out on the floor it can get a little bit crowded when it's busy. If you're checked out online you might well find that they don't have what you've seen and may have to take a trip to Bluewater
