ive only used the sport centre for classes and the shop, but i alwats love going in, it`s always busy and most people are helpful. except for the odd receptionist who thinks there much too busy to help ( but i think all receptionist have an alter ego) the shop is great for new and up to date clothing. i recommend the spinning classes.

Great outdoor pool

Only ever use the swimming pool, which is is my all time favourite; especially the heated outdoor pool, which, with it's palm trees can almost make you think you're on a Mediterranean island. The flumes are good as are the rapids and with a seperate 'serious' pool, it's never too busy. There's a good 'beach' section for babies and toddlers as well. The downside is the cost. Prices are much higher than you'll pay elsewhere, but as with everything you get what you pay for and the facilities, changing areas and car parks are very good. My only criticism is the reception. There are three paypoints, but too often the people behind them are on the phone, rebooting their computers, getting new wristbands and ignoring you ... the rate payer and customer

Great centre

The triangle is best known for its great swimming pool, with lots of fun slides and a play pool, lengths pool, jacuzzi and outdoor heated pool. Hours of fun can be had here. Its pretty expensice to go swimming but is worth it. The gym facilities are great and they have all the modern equipment. There is lots more on offer at the Triangle and probably the best thing in Burgess Hill.

The Triangle at Burgess Hill has a great leisure centre, in particular the flumes (water slides) which kids from all the county come to enjoy. There is loads of free parking, squash courts and a gym. There is also a shop for all your sports gear. And Jermaine Jackson came here once, how cool is that!

Want to get fit - this is the place to go!

The Triangle, now known as Olympos, is a great place to get fit and have fun.

The leisure centre has a big swimming pool, a smaller pool with slides, badminton/squash/tennis courts, lots of different classes and an excellent Health Club.

I am a member of the health club and the staff are great. They are always very friendly and will help you if you want it, but leave you alone to exercise if that's what you want. There's also a small pool and jacuzzi as part of the health club.

The Beauty Rooms (run by the lovely Lucy) are excellent too, and handy for when you've finished in the gym etc.

The other good thing about Olympos is there is plenty of parking.
