Beyond expectations
A fantastic starter water if your just starting out with your fishing,lots of bit's to be cought,you can fill your net in a 5hour session.Fish from 1oz to 40lb,Roach,Bream,Tench,Carp,but no Cat fish some say there are, but no pictures have be taken.Baits that work your good old fasion maggot ,corn and caster,worm.For the carp they love corn and anything fish meal.My recent catch's include a 13lb6oz bream and a mirror carp to 24lb all cought on richworths freezer baits Kg1s

Above expectations
Willen Lake is made up of two lakes with a total of 150 acres so it's easily the biggest place to fish in Milton Keynes. It's a great place if you're serious about fishing with tench over 8lb, some really big bream, 30lb pike and rudd, roach and perch all weighing over 2lb.
The north lake also has plenty of carp and at least one cat.
The south lake also has some really big fish but also includes roach and skimmers.
Both of the lakes are open throughout the year, but watch out because the keep nets might not be there during the traditional close season.
