Beyond expectations
Redz can make anyone's hair look great. I've been going for about a year and I recommend them to all my friends. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and offer advice if you don't know what you want done. Their pricing is reasonable, and they stock a good range of products.

Above expectations
OK, I'm not a girl, and I don't have hair, so this isn't written from my own experience, but I've got friends who have been here who say that the staff are really good, keen to please and happy in their jobs. And my friends always look fine when they come out. So that should be good enough, shouldn't it?
