As expected
possibly the slowest place to eat in Reading - the staff are friendly but always running around like headless chickens. The queue is often out the door simply to get a table - once you are in and the food has arrived it's alright

Below expectations
It can take a long time to get a table here, and when you do it can take even longer for the food to arrive. Pizza Hut is popular with the whole family, but this one gets too busy (or maybe it's too understaffed) for it to be the best choice in Reading.

As expected
Get there early if you're after their weekday lunchtime buffet, or you could be queueing for a while for a table. Buffet is really popular, especially during school hols, but there are always plenty of pizzas to choose from.
The place is clean, staff friendly, if not rushed off thier feet at times.
