Beyond expectations
Such a cool venue, over 2 floors so everyone gets a great view even those under 5ft 1" like me! Because it's so intimate the band and crowd feed off each other making a fantastic atmosphere.
It does get hot and steamy but it's so worth it!
The website www.the-brook.com is always kept up to date with all the band/ticket/date info needed.

Above expectations
Everytime I've been to The Brook it's delivered, both as a venue and in terms of what the artists on stage provide. They host national and international Blues, Rock, R'n'B, Tribute, Funk, DJs, Indie and many other styles of music. Something fot everyone at reasonable prices for tickets.

The Brook is a great venue, great bands. A really good night out for either a couple or a crowd of you! Most highly recommended. Drinks reasonably priced too!

Above expectations
The Brook over the years has hosted some really good names who have played live on their stage, and they still continue to do so with either upcoming bands performing, or older bands doing reformed tours. The place is constantly rumoured to be closing but it hasn't so far so there's still hope for the old place yet!
