You can really exercise in luxury in these 4 star surroundings, walking out of the spa into the serene dimley lit pool excersise feels more like relaxation as you swim around the warm lengthy pool

The Solent Hotel is four star and part of the Shire Hotels group. Although it doesn't have the prettiest of surroundings it is a lovely building inside and out and has a great spa and health club attached. There's a pool and gym...and they run excercise classes for members.

I've eaten in the restaurant many times and would reccommend you do the same even if you don't need a bed for the night! It is licenced for weddings and has conference facilities too. Well worth a visit.
