The Bull Inn at Arborfield is the place to go for a quiet drink, with delicious home-made food. Because under 12s are not allowed inside the pub, it provides a very tranquile and calm place to relax with a drink. The home-made food is not only filling but also extremely delicious. My husband and I would highly recommend their scampi and homemade chicken kiev to anyone. This little pub/restaurant is the perfect place for a romantic meal and much more. Definitaly worth the money. It has a nice homely and country feel, as well as the staff being very polite and ready to help.

As expected
They've just completely refurbished this ancient old pub and they've made a good job of it, but when I went there it was still lacking in character (although that might have been just settling back in after the refurb). Food looked fine although I was only there for a drink.
