SUBWAY AT LUNCHTIME

Beyond expectations
I NIPPED IN THERE FOR MY LUNCH ONE DAY,DIDNT HAVE MUCH TO SPEND BUT DIDNT WANT TO EAT GARBAGE MAC DONALDS, SO YOU LOOK ON THE LIST, SO MANY YOU GET LOST, SO I DECIDED TO HAVE A SUB OF THE DAY, WHICH WAS HAM AND CHEESE ON LOVELY ITALIAN HERB BAGUETTE WITH ALL THE SALAD YOUR HEART COULD DESIRE AND LOVELY HONEY AND MUSTARD DRESSING, WASHED DOWN WITH A NICE CAPPOCHINO, IT WAS LOVELY TOTALLY DELICIOUS UNDER £5 POUND, WHICH INCLUDED A LARGE CAPO,SERVICE WAS POLITE, THEY DIDNT RUSH YOU AS IT TAKES A WHILE TO WORK OUT WHAT YOU WANT, SO AT LUNCHTIME ITS A HIT, LOVELY HEALTHY FRESH FOOD ON A BUDGET
EXCELLENT

Questionable customer service technique

Well below expectations
I love subways, quick, tasty, more nutritious than anything fried - and not too expensive. So ever since I've lived in Bath I've frequented this store, the quality of the food is unquestionable, but lately the atmosphere and customer service has gone drastically downhill. Drunken dribbling teenagers seem to use it as a latenight hangout and the following experience I think describes their staff:
Staff girl: 'I haven't got coins for change'
Me: 'What does that mean?'
Staff girl: 'There's no coins'
Me: 'So you're not going to give me change?'
Staff girl - turns to next customer
Me - 'Excuse me, does this mean I'm not having any change?'
Staff girl turns to Staff boy, rolls eyes and laughs.
Nice.
