Below expectations
This place is a right nightmare! The staff are rude and unhelpful (including the management), the stock is piled so high you can't ever find what you want, and if you do find something you want it's most likely priced incorrectly so when you've queued to get to the till you then find out you've wasted your time.
Having said all of that, if you can successfully navigate your way through all of the above there are some really good bits here too... especially around Christmas time, ideal for those shopping on a budget.

Above expectations
Not the greatest of stores. The stock is crammed in. Service is functional at best. However, it is all about the bargains.
There is so much to be picked up at basement prices. Perfect. Great for Christmas especially or if you are looking for a little something for a birthday present.

Beyond expectations
If you've got just a small budget for any presents for Christmas, birthdays, etc this is definitely the department store to go in as there are loads and loads of bargains. The service is not that good, but the bargains are, that's why I've rated it with 5 stars.
