I'd just moved into a new flat and ordered a full set of bedroom furniture from these guys, including bed, drawers and cabinets. I was told it would take 6 weeks to arrive, but it ended up taking 13!!!

I was not amused in the slightest and we received no apology from Argos - i really would not recommend them if you are after furniture in a hurry!

CastlePoint is the huge out of town shopping centre that has more car parking spaces than you can shake a very large stick at. This Argos is relatively new and to start with your stuff took AGES to come out, you'd end up sitting down so long your bum went numb, but they seem to have got that sorted out now and it runs quite efficiently and the staff are fairly pleasant too.
