Bit like a school canteen

As expected
This place thrives on being cool. Which makes up for the canteen style set up in the bar... with the cool dudes lounging on the beanbags & looking down on you from the stage! Service can be a bit slow - especially if you want food. The theatre upstairs is ace - and would be even better with some decent air con! They show some great work here & it's well worth a visit to see stuff by local up & coming writers.

As expected
The Tobacco Factory is a great place to go and catch up with friends, chill out, have a drink and grab a bite to eat. The food really is lovely, the soup is out of this world, homemade, different every day and comes with a massive chunk of wholemeal bread. There is a part to The Tobacco Factory where you can laze around on bean bags which is a personal favourite of mine on a Saturday afternoon with a glass of wine.

Above expectations
You can visit the Tobacco Factory night or day for such a wide range of things to do that you'll never be disappointed. The theatre offers accessible productions due to the value for money prices and changing programme. The food is good and the staff are friendly and with the new addition of themed International nights every Monday it's a regular haunt for me.
