As expected
But at that time of night who cares?! If you've had enough vodka (or whatever your poison is) Lizard Lounge is great for a boogie. DO NOT go expecting to pull. Yes it could do with a refurb. But if they did they'd probably change the music too & then it would be just another trendy club. Gotta love it for its utter naffness!

Below expectations
the lizard lounge is ok but nowhere near as good as the staff think it is. the bouncers are arrogant and to be honest its a bit of a dive when you get in - the main thing it has going for it is that the drinks are relatively cheap and the music is pretty good - bang up to day chart stuff on a friday night.

Well below expectations
If you like the smell of wee wee fused with sweat, guff and vom then i'd definitely recommend you join the queue for the lounge. I actually know some really stinky student types and not even they would stand in line for free drinks. Those who remain inside any longer than 3 minutes only do so to try and win back their entrance fee on the fruit machine. Avoid!

Well below expectations
I queued for 45 minutes to get into the Lizard Lounge as i wanted to know what all the fuss was about! And i was miserably greeted with student/private school students, drinking from plastic glasses listening to shockingly cheesey music!(you also have to pay£5 on the door) It was like a school disco in a cave! Apparantly students love Lizard Lounge! im not sure if its cos they have bad taste in music or just accept its the student place to go!! This place is in desperate need of a refurb!
