Above expectations
This is a really lovely place. Stayed here as a family of 4 over bon fire night. The facilities are amazing - a fab swimming pool , a great area for the adults (sauna hot tub etc), the golf facilities are second to none.
Accommodation wise, the chalets are modern and well equipt. My ONLY criticism is that we were next to a noisy party of guys on a stag weekend and that proved a pain with having a baby ... thin walls are a nightmare.

Beyond expectations
A great place, I joined recently and have not regretted a thing!
The staff are really friendly and helpful, very good at their jobs.
The swimming pool is great for children and adults alike.
The "Heatwaves" area is great - over 16's only, so nice and relaxing with no screaming kids!!! Sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, sunbeds, daily papers...everything you could need to chill out after a hard day at work!
The gym is really well equipped and you don't feel overly self-conscious.
The food is also really good - you can go there for lunch, then sit in the jacuzzi afterwards! Fairly priced for what you get, and tasty too!
Overall, one of the best things is it doesn't feel like a "Posh" place, so you feel you can be yourself. Plus, if you are a student, you can join on a monthly basis so you're not paying when you're not at home! Also, services staff and families get a discount.
