This was the first time my friends and I had booked a holiday without the help of our parents and the staff here at Thomas Cook were really helpful. They were good at helping us find the right kind of place and for the right price. They didnt take advantage of our apparant lack of knowledge of booking a holiday. They were really friendly and honest and were happy to ask any of our questions. The accomodation and location when we got there were what we were expecting and we had a really great holiday.
