Barn Owl

nice decor in this pub considering it is right on the side of the busy road going in to Exeter. large parking area. toilets very clean and well represented which is always a bonus for me!! great food and menu-service is great although if it is busy then you do have to queue a while-staff friendly. protions are on teh large side.

The Barn Owl has great atmosphere, plenty of choice of food to eat and reasonably priced. There is also a good choice of drinks and if you are not drinking there Apple and Mango Juice is delicious. The staff are also very attentive. I can fully recommend the Barn Owl if you just want a quick drink or a leisurely meal.

Nice local pub, good pub grub menu at a reasonable price. Large outside seating area, great for lunch in the summer however gets very busy on a Thursday and Friday lunch time so would recommend getting there early if you want to eat.

The Barn Owl has to be in one of the best locations possible. Across the road from the Honiton Road Park & Ride and just around the corner from the Met Office and Gemini FM's offices they must make a packet.

The food is great (if not a little pricey) with lots of choice and the selection of drinks are good too.

Inside the pub has a good atmosphere with a classical look to it. There is ample seating, even on a busy Friday lunchtime with lots of staff on hand to take your order. They also have good seating outside so if the weather is nice you can enjoy a drink in the sunshine.

Although I'm not a regular of the Barn Owl (due to my job, travelling around a lot) at work we usually pop down there when we go out for team building lunches, leaving do's or birthday parties.

So if you happen to be coming back from a busy shopping trip and you're parked in the park and ride, why not pop in for a bit of refreshment.
