The Turmut Hoer - this is a friendly pub, good food, family welcoming and not only do we have a laugh there is also things happening everynight from quiza to motown ......so don't sit in front of the boring t.v. get out and about and have some fun, we do !!!!! Example Sunday night wet and miserable even the pub was noticing it, we arrived at the bar to a friendly smile as the cook said she was going to shut the kitchen cos of it being so quite.........she must of seen our faces and said with a smile if you are eating then I will wait and then shut after I have cooked yours, even still the food came out perfect as it does everytime and we didn't feel rushed or pressured in hurrying.............they are a great team......Keep it up!!!!

This is a nice pub where you'll find all the pub-like things you'd expect - done very well!
Plenty of room, a garden, drink, food, and friendly service...

This is a great local pub. I'm not sure many people know what a Turmut is but you can say "I'm going up the Turmut" in Gloucester and everyone will know what you mean!!
They do nice bar food, it has a good atmosohere and friendly staff.
They also have a good weekly pub quiz that is fun to take part in although I've never won no matter how big our team is!
