Above expectations
ive been using this branch for a few years now and have to say i find the guys in there very helpful. I use the joy st branch and have got to know several of the staff, very handy when wanting to take out huge amounts of dosh!

Not good enough

Well below expectations
Maybe it's just bad luck, but every time I go in here and deal with someone behind the counter it always seems to be the worst day of their life. And the cash machine's always empty. Maybe it's part of their plan. Perhaps they keep it empty so you have to go inside and get frowned at.
