Above expectations
I wanted to get the kids new bikes and ended up getting new ones for all 4 of us. I must confess i was so surprised with the friendly staff that i felt completely at ease and trusted their advice. I had a figure in my mind for 2 bikes and ended up only paying a little more for four! That was because of not only good prices, but some deals on offer too.

Well below expectations
Im not impressed with this outfit at all! The shop is dreary from the outside and the guys in the shop are so up themselves its not naturall! There is huge amounts of stock though but then thats becuase they dont ever seem to sell anything! Not my idea of a good shop at all, not one i would pay my hard earned cash too!

In the bike shed there are just so many bikes to choose from! The staffa re helpfull and very encouraging to younger customers. Good prices and they offer s good after service care plan too.

Beyond expectations
staff really helpful and friendly. good service provided before and after you have bought your bicycle. prices are ok but you could probably get cheaper else where. service is good though so maybe it is worth paying that little extra
