Well below expectations
But it is First Group's fault. They seem to forget that they are running a bus SERVICE and everything they do is geared toward them and their profits with scant regard for the customer. First Group's train services are just as bad.

As expected
provided an extremely good service. all staff were very helpful and friendly. prices for my trip were reasonable and they took heed of all my requirements. would definitely use their services again
