Above expectations
I gave never really been a fan of Renults. I don't know why. But now i own one! The staff here are great, the location is good too, just near Newport in Barnstaple. Prices are good.

this place has a very good reputation locally. whichmeans they must be doing something right. customer service is one of their high points. they are a bit pricey, but you do get what you pay for

As expected
Went to speak with the guy on the parts dept about a part for my megane, found him very helpful and nothing was too much trouble

Above expectations
staff really helpful and provided an excellent service. nothin was to much trouble. prices were reasonable and I did not feel intimidated by the staff
