I dont know whether its just me but i have a real problem with national outlets that work on the basis of lost leaders that drag you in and all of a sudden they are out of stock! Tried to buy some lino they had advertised and when i went in on the day of the add they had sold out! Sorry, not on!!

Above expectations
There is alot of carpets and lino options in this store. The staff are ok, they could be a little more enthusiastic if i'm honest. The prices are good but as Sarah S said, it can take an age to arrive at your home.

Below expectations
ordered lino for my kitchen from here and it took ages to arrive. service was not good as they did not keep the lines of communication open. would not really recommend but if you want cheap then I suppose this would be the place to go
