Below expectations
The staff in here really could do with some personality or mitivational transplants.They are rude and not bothered about the customers needs. I truly believe if the service was stepped up then this would be a thriving business. There is a great range of items available and at a good price but i would rather shop somewhere i can recieve a decent leel of service

Well below expectations
I am disgusted by the service here. I bought a shed, was told to go round the back to collect it. Had no help with loading it. Infact the staff were content to just stand there and smoke their ciggies and watch me struggle get the shed in the van. Then, when i got the thing home ... there were bits missing! AVOID AT ALL COSTS ... i really detest this place

As expected
focus is not quite up ther with the big guys but its getting there.they have a good range. I only pop in accasioanly but have found the staff really helpful. even though I got my electric cable measuring device home to find that it didn't do what I had asked for. never mind they gave me a full refund. there is a small garden centre attached to the side. parking is good and there is plenty of it

As expected
they have an extensive range of barbeques which is handy for this time of year-they also have a great range of bedding and potting plants-ideal for hanging baskets and pleasantly arranged outside the store for all to see.
