Well below expectations
This place is terrible! I don't know how they are still in business. I am really upset that i have to give them a star! They took a high price for a sofa from me, delivered it to my house and it was in a terrible state! The feet were scratched and chipped and the leather torn from the delivery journey. I asked for a new one and was pretty much ignored. This went on for weeks until i went in to the store to rant at them eventually i got a new sofa. EVENTUALLY! Bad show, don't bother with these guys!

Below expectations
We got quite a hard sell from the guys in Furniture Warehouse. The trouble was that they seemed to be just desparate for us to buy something/anything rather than what it was we actually wanted. In the end we didn't buy anything.

Well below expectations
Well its a pity that they get one star in all honesty! I had heard negative reports about this company, but in my search for a particular product I found they were the only local stockist. I have to say the service was absolutely apalling, the staff were totally ignorant and even rude. Would never use again!!

would not go here again. staff were really unhelpful and were more interested in chatting amongst themselves. prices were cheap but that is not everything. would not recommend.
