Above expectations
I found the salon to be really friendly, with all staff using your first name. The Salon is up to date and clean, and staff were attentive to your needs, offering refreshments, magazines and ensuring that you were comfortable at all times. Prices were average for a good class of salon, and I particularly like the reward scheme offered for a good discount off your sixth visit to the salon.

As expected
Nice salon, set at the top of Barnstaple high Street. Lovley setting inside and nice and peaceful too. Had my hair done here, and it was no real difference to any other hair dressers if im honest, prices are a little higher though.

I have had my hair cut here and i must admit it was one of the best cuts ever. Their hairdressers are very well trained and the premises is lovely with a really relaxing atmosphere

one of the better hairdressers in town for both guys and girls! the price does reflect that mind! I have my hair shaved off so not great value for me but if youd like to have the pampering youd go a long way to better sarah hodge for that! Massage of the hands and head plus the amazing cuppa from the lovely machine!!

Not really that cheap for a MAN'S haircut but a nice salon and you do get the pampering e.g: the nice pot of tea,the head massage and hair washing in the big chair all in the price!

I would always have my hair cut here if i could afford it! The stylists are great and nice and chatty. It is pricey but when you step out in to the street you really do feel like a million dollars

compared to other hairdressers in town sarah hodge is on the pricey side. I have been once but cannot see that the extra money was worth it. they were good but not that good. would not go again
