Well below expectations
Disappointing is what id say. Especially when you have serious local competition from other jewellers who know their market more. Even the sign has fallen off and they havent bothered to replace it, what does that say about them? If they cant be bothered then neither can i!

I have never been a fan of this jewellers, they tend to cater for the the more tacky part of the industry and the prices really dont reflect that! The displays are tacky and the staff really dont have the experience that you need to be able to sell jewellery propoerly! Its in the shopping centre so the only benefit is that you dont get wet when shopping

Like the oter review has said this store relies on it's name not its product. If i have ever bought stuff from here it's not been good, and i have always been disappointed with it. It may be cheap then you get what you pay for.

Hang on , remember what Gerald Ratner said about his jewellry? Well didnt Samuels just buy out Ratners and change the name? Nuff said. Cheap. Mass produced. The sort of jewellry you buy when you dont want to spend much cash, but you want someone to think you care.
