whenever I go in here it is always busy. I came down really early one saturday morning and they were still queuing. they have a good service where you can pre order stuff which is good as I have been inbefore and the item I want is out of stock, and that is very frustrating. staff are very helpful, and there is a lady who is designated to keep the queues down!

As the ad says this is the better way to shop...... yes and no.. it's always quite busy but there are plenty of books around and the queue always seems to move.. would advise maybe going online first to check in stock and save to speed process up when you get there. All staff I have come across have been really good, and i have bought quite alot of good jewellery from here

Above expectations
It doesn't seem to matter what time of the year it is, this place is always jam packed. I used to not bother untill the quick pay machines became available. This makes shopping here alot quicker, but be warned, at peak shopping times of the year, the que for these is juat as big as for the checkout.

I wasnt a fan of this great store until my dad decided he wanted a new mobile for his birthday, chose it from the argos cat and off i went!! How easy, i suggest a purchase from here, not just because its cheaper but so easy! Not at xmas tho

This place has got a lot better since they installed those little terminals that let you key in your own order and pay by credit card. Before that you had to wait for hours and hours to place to find out that they'd run out of what you wanted.
