Well below expectations
Ok so I ring to order a take away and it rings and rings cos nobody bothers picking the phone up. Then, I was told yesterday that they wouldn't take my order because they had a back log. This was a Wednesday night at 8 o'clock!! This is i suppose better than the usual service - which consists of placing an order and being told 15 mins, then going to collect it and waiting for a further half an hour! or "It's not on the system...". When you do get to paying, you then find out that I should have ordered my pizzas through a meal deal where I would get an extra pizza and a bottle of drink for £3 less than I paid for what I got! Why not tell me this when placing my order on the phone?!?!? Then they say it's too late to add to the order because the rest of the order is now ready (after an hour of waiting). Unbelievably poor. Clearly this is the result of a rubbish manager trusting the running of a business to a bunch a ignorant children. Sorry, but I love Pizza Hut - and this just fuels my dissatisfaction for the Barnstaple attempt.

As expected
Nice isnt a great word, but then Im not a raging fan of pizza! The surroundings are lovely as its not had a refurb, the buffet is good value, and the salad bar looked very fresh and was constantly being topped up. One thought though....why do you get garlic bread with pizza? Isnt it a bit like ordering chips with your jacket potato? Maybe its just me?

the luch time buffet is very good value with free refills on your drink.based 2 mins from town with lots of free parking its the ideal choice if you can,t be bothered to cook youself

As expected
not only do me and my family just love the pizza but i adore being able to get up and help myself to the salads etc. plus the ice cream and syrups etc that are there are just adorable! Yummy, look out though, pizza express is coming to town!

Pizza is fab and the pizzas from here are great. The service is slow but in my opinion its worth it when the food arrives. If you don't like waiting, try the all you can eat buffet.

Beyond expectations
I always have a great time when I go here. prices are good and I can treat the whole family to the full works for under £50.00 service can be a little slow but then the environment is spacious and I feel as though I am on holiday

If you like waiting for your food then this is the place for you. If you don't it isn't. Everyone knows that these places try and operate with military precision, so how on earth can it take so long to get your pizza?
