Below expectations
Aaaagh, i found this place too scary for me, either i am too old, or im too snobby!! Its a bit spit and sawdust, and the regulars are your typical hardened drinkers....walked past there one night and there was karaoke on, and it looked pretty scary, have i forgotten to have fun, or is it just not my idea of fun?? If youre into having a real session, followed by a good ol shania twain singalong, then go along.....

brilliant place to get you in the mood fora mad night out. gets very busy on sat nights needs a good lick of paint but the landlord and landlady are very nice, the staff are polite so who cares what the decor is like

Well below expectations
i have to say the day time drinkers this place attracts puts me off going in here during the eve! the place always again has smokers spilling out onto the street plus they have a poole table right by the window and the choice language that comes from there onto the street is not great in the daytime

As expected
This pub is so much fun, its filled with all types of people, usually with someone screaming into a microphone during kareoke. It is reasonably priced and good for a quick bevvi stop on a night out.
