Well below expectations

All of a sudden there seem to be loads of businesses along this part of the High Street that just vanished: did all of their leases come up for renewal at the same time or something?

this was one hell of a toy shop. sadly it closed earlier this year which is a real shame as it was the only dedicated toy shop in town
