Below expectations
I drive past this place all the time and have never been tempted to go in , so think they are missing a trick here!! It looks pretty uninviting, there are a lot of steps up to it, apparently they do food too, but im not really bothered as id go somewhere else., I guess a lot of locals use it, come on 3 pidgeons, sort out your kerb appeal and more peeps may stop

As expected
I think that sometimes The Pigeons has the cards stacked against it sometimes. The interior lay out isn't very drinker friendly with all of those steps up to the bar and because everyone's over the road in The Chich it can be a bit short on atmosphere.

Beyond expectations
good menu and really good range of ciders and beers. staff were very helpful. atmosphere good and now that eople do not smoke the air is clean too. reasonable prices. would go agian
