when i moved house last year MFI were very helpfull adviceing me on the design of my new kitchen and new fitted bedroom, even advicing me of the dates of the 50% off dates that were due. i saved over £4,000 all together. based on roundswell business park

Well, if you do manage to find a piece you like in this branch of MFI then good luck when it is delivered. I have never had an item delivered that contains all the bits it should.I went back into the Roundswell branch to ask for the missing bits and was told i had to go home and call their customer hotline!!!!

Well below expectations
this is a typical mfi of old! Its shabby, not brilliantly stocked and the designs are pretty poor! I thought they had uped their game in the last few years but this branch is not with it at all! The people who work here dont really care whether you buy or not so Furnfix here we come!! Saying that, or SWD in Bideford!!

Well below expectations
this place is really plasic. the furniture all looks the same and not much imagination has been used in the design the store is well laid out, but when I have been in there has never been any staff around to ask questions so that puts me off. would not recommend
