Customer Service Lacking

Below expectations
Furnfix do a good job. Workmanship is good. Quality of goods anf finished product is excellent.
I just found the actual customer service just a little lacking. It doesnt help that the showroom is downstairs whilst the office is upstairs

Beyond expectations
Furn fix is a local family run business. The reason they are still going and do so well is because they pride themselves on customer service and quality work. The items they create are truly beautifull.

This company is very professional and the ideas that come from the planners are stunning! Family owned and been in north devon for a long time now! The quality of product and fitting is superb!

These guys take a real pride in their work. Nothing is too much trouble for them because they want to get the job right. And when they've finished it looks wonderful.
