Beyond expectations
The William's Arms is definitely my favourite pub and restaurant. It is family friendly and the food is absolutely amazing....i have not once been disappointed with a meal here.
7 times out of 10 i will choose the Williams Arms if we want to go out for a meal. Sometimes i think perhaps i am being a little boring choosing the same place on most occasions but the truth is i know i will have a great meal there. Trying a new place always makes me worry that we will spend a lot of money on a meal and not enjoy it. Whereas i know the Williams arms will provide me with wonderful food in a restuarant with a lovely atmosphere.
mmmmm i'm now hungry :-) x

I love this pub, and so does everyone else judging by the car park always being full. This place is sooo populare, you need to get there early or late. Its clear to see why, they know what they are doing, they do it very well and all for a good price. The best carvery i have EVER had, they cater for all tastes, they offer fab veggie options, EVEN VEGGIE GRAVY and thats a first in all my 25 years of being a veggie. Follow the crowds and join the queue, it is worth the wait!!

beautifull beamed thatched country pub /restaurant. high class food cooked by an award wining chef large car park and beer garden with trampoline and swings for the kids

I love the Willies.... (Ok that sounds weird!!) Their Carverys are amazing, I have had hundreds in my life time. I love them that much I held part of my wedding reception there, just because the food is so good!
It's as real old style pub with a lovley open fire place which is great in the winter. It dosen't matter what time you go there it always seems busy. For years me and my family go up and see people we know on Christmas day because the Atmosphere is great.

A cosy freindly warm pub. This place serves great food and has an extensive menu, even for my Veggie daughter!. Good selection of wines and beers. Lovely in the beer garden in the summer, just off the main road so secluded, yet close to the village
