Usual service - not bad but not good

As expected
Well they have a great selection, but the staff seem unwilling to "sell" the items tot he customer. Almost a hardship to give to good service. Like so many companies though, would you if you were been paid only minimum wage

As expected
I found the staff were not that helpful and didn't really want to help at all when I was stood saying I went to buy a vacum cleaner today. They just sort of shrugged. I would rather buy on-line in future.

Above expectations
Excellent choice of electrical equipment available - staff always seem to be friendly and give good advice and are knowledgable. Prompt delivery and good customer service after care.
