Above expectations
Every time I try and get to this place I get lost, but once you've found it you're in for a good night! They book some great acts to appear and put on special nights which are well worth popping along to as well! What I love about this place is it doesn't pretend to be anything other than what it is - a damn good entertainment venue!

Beyond expectations
This is a great music venue in Poole. I think they have too many tribute bands but you'll also see original bands, comedy and more. I love the no frills venue. You can always get a good pint and it's always attended by real music lovers so you don't get and nonsense. Note Kyps also promotes stuff at the opera house.

As expected
I once to went to Mr Kyps and saw a fantastic blues band called the Graham Mack Blues Band, they were brilliant - hopefully they'll be there again soon.
The venue itself is proper tucked away in Poole, and is quite dark and dingy inside, but its worth a visit if there is a good band on.
