As expected
this particular store, because it is in a modern building is pristine. they have laid the store out well. it does not look as though they have much stock, as the store is very spacious. service is good, and the prices are a little much, especially the tee shirts

Below expectations
The store is quite pleasant to walk around because it's always tidy and well laid out but man these clothes are boring and overpriced! I have never really understood the appeal of French Connection clothes. They are very bland looking to me...inoffensive but smart. Incredibly though, considering the price, they aren't particularly well made because I know several people who shop here and complain that things fall apart. Not a shop I look round very often.
