Beyond expectations
Bottelinos home made Ice-cream is a really nice touch to a already splendid restaurant. You can actually taste the ingredients unlike the stuff you'd buy in a shop. It is really creamy and probably the closest to real Italian Ice-cream as you can get with out having to go to Italy.

As expected
Wow ... what a job they've done on the old Pattern Store building, it looks amazing! Being part of a chain of restaurants I had high expectations and can say I wasn't dissapointed! The menu is really good with lots of choice and I always get well looked after. The lunch time offer is great and really good value for money.

As expected
My wife recently went to Bottelinos Italian restaurant for lunch and cant stop going on about it. I was busy working but apparently I missed out on massive portions of Pizza and Spag Bog which the kids loved . Then when the bill came for 3 adults and 2 kids lunch it was only £24. They do a cheap lunchtime special which is awesome.

Above expectations
Swindon is full of traditional italian rustic looking restaurants but there are no others quite like Bottelinos. For starters its in a very impressive building with its very own delicatessen so if you like what you eat you may be able to buy the ingredients to make it at home. The food is tasty with good portions at reasonable prices and a great variety and is an ideal place for business lunches, family gatherings, couples or parties. Ive been a few times and not been disappointed yet, definitely worth a trip and I would recommend the Penne Arrabiatta!
