I love this resturant, not the chain, but this particular one. The manager is fantastic; nothing is too much trouble. The food is superb and children are well catered for, all in all a perfect treat for the whole family or a romantic hideaway for couples in the evening. I love it!

This restaurant has excellent service and fantastic food. The staff are always willing to take their time and talk to you about the food and about where it comes from. I wished i could eat here every day!! The price of the food is a little over what you may usually want to pay but for a special occasion it is well worth it. The range of food available is great and for a pizza restaurant it is like no other, the food is very individual.

Pizza or Nothing!!

I've often had pizzas here and they have always been fine! I also like the restaurant in terms of it's situation and atmosphere...but I recently ordered a lasagne for the first time! It was sloppy had virtually no meat in the tomato/minced beef sauce and just tasted like a warmed up tv dinner! Really dissappointing and the waiters also responded poorly to the criticism My advice....stick to the Pizzas!

Had a really delicious meal here last weekend. Service was great. Wine was tasty and the Pizza's scrumptious ! Reasonably priced. It's a nice small restaurant and the atmosphere was calm and friendly. I would definately go back very soon !

This is a lovely Pizza Express. I went on a date here over a year ago but seem to remember the restaurant and the evening as a great night.

The menu - obviously the same as the other Pizza Express Restaurants, however the service was unrushed and they left just the right amount of time between courses.

Everything Italian - fantastic. Food is to die for. Great selection at competitive prices.

Very kiddie friendly - my two kids were invited to make their own dough balls for their starter.

Definately recommend this venue for lunch or romatic evening dinner.

Pollo ad Astra pizza .....yummy!!

I love Pizza Express this is a great place to eat out on a girly night out or with your family. The food is always tasty especially the pollo ad astra pizza ...yummy!!

A typical Pizza Express restaurant, where everything is as you'd expect.

Portions aren't huge, but not on the tiny side either. It's more expensive than Pizza Hut, but that's because they're better than Pizza Hut

By far the best place for pizza`s and all things traditional with italian food.

Great service,amazing food and nice atmosphere.

Though because of that you`ll need to book a table!

I love pizza but for me, the best pizzas without doubt are those from Pizza Express.

I always have the Fiorentina with no olives and extra cheese. The egg in the middle makes it!!!

The last time I went here was a good experience.....the service was a little slow and it wasn't that busy but I'll keep going back because the stnadard of food is very high.

If you do starters, make sure you try the dough balls!

If you have a sparrow's stomach you'll find Pizza Express' portions to be just right.

However if you like a decent amount of food for the quite large amount of money you're expected to pay out...beware.

The menu is limited but it is all fresh and comes warm at least.

However there are better pizza's around and if you've been to one Pizza Express you've been to them all.

Bland and overly expensive.

Finally a salad worth paying for!

Pizza Express are 'ironically' the place go to go for a good pizza! my friends would agree...however as i am writing this review i would like to comment on how fantastic their salads have come to be! Where as some restaurants endever to charge over £12 odd for a salad (god knows when salad leaves came to cost more than poultry??) Pizza express do a great range if you are watching the carbs and just fancy something a little lighter from the menu. The Bosco Salad is a particular favourite, with good size (and worth paying for ) portions and accompanied by warm yummy dough sticks this goes down just as well with a good glass of wine! Drizzled in a dressing to suit your tastes, finally a good bit of iceburg i dont begrudge paying for! With a vibrant and friendly atmosphere, continously busy and a good well known brand, pizza express is a good choice when dining out!
