It's always great to visit Magnum's . The guys that run it are just so knowledgeable and helpful! They have a great range of wines, beers and particularly malts and cognac/armagnac. It;s difficult for them to compete on price with the supermarkets but for their knowledge and service and for a really special bottle of something they are unbeatable!! And if you want some port for Christmas their range is simply brilliant!

Friendly and part of the growing family of businesses in Old Town they often have winetastings and will help you out if you're after anything specific

Christmas time in my household is always the same when it comes to present buying, last minute and always waiting out to buy things that i think people will really appreciate! every year my Dad's answer is a bottle of Paddy's whiskey, he chooses this because A) he knows no supermarkets in swindon dont sell it so he wants to challenge me and B) he just likes to be awkward! After Hunting high and low Magnum wine shop was my saviour and supplied the fathers favourite! joy and smug, i brought in bulk from the friendly staff in this hidden jem in old town! just hope whiskey doesnt go off to quickly! Thanks Magnum!
