we went to hawards citroen to see if we could buy a new c3 for nik last march, we got to the site frist thing on a sat morning, wanted to chat to a salesman re her part exchange, waited at least half an hour to be spoken to and then was kept waiting further. We got fed up and had to drive all the way to exeter to get some decent service! Bought a new c3 from them in the end!! Not impressed at all howards!!
