As expected
It's a cavernous place and normally fairly full of students-but a nice place to spend some time hiding from doing shopping.Service is normally friendly and if you're stumped by the range of coffees you can opt for hot chocolate instead!

Below expectations
Sorry to say it but just not a great atmosphere is what could be a great location. If, like me you don't like your coffee very strong, make sure you ask for only 1 shot. If you get stuck by the door then people are constantly pushing past and on a cilly day not somewhere to linger. Further back it just seems an odd feel
