As expected
Pick your spot well at Exeter. The actual racecourse itself is a bit up and down and round about, so unless you've got a good place to stand the only part of the race you'll actually see are the few seconds that the horses run past you. Easy to get to and well signposted from the A38.

Very cold up here

Above expectations
We went here on the New years day meeting 3 years ago! Since then the course has been extended and the catering has got even better! Situated at the top of the hill looking down over the city, it can get pretty cold up here esp in the winter! The horses are out of site alot of the time but the atmosphere can get very infectious
