Beyond expectations
Very friendly family store, excellent staff, very helpful and kind. I have health problems there is always someone there beyond the call of duty. Always willing to help in anyway.

Very rare these days that you are greeted with a smile and friendly 'hello' when you walk into a store....You do here!!
Great selection of fashion, accessories and cosmetics, the recent makeover has turned this place around!!

Beyond expectations
The staff at Austins make you feel very welcome the minute you walk in the door.
Quality products in all 4 stores - my wife loved the Home furnishings store, whilst the mine was the Mens fashion and cosmetic.
So much choice, So much to see

Beyond expectations
I just love to go browsing around this great department store away from a major city environment - friendly staff very good range of clothing and that all important cafe to stop and have a good cup of tea or coffee and always a nice selection of foods - after the refubrishment what a pleasure....and they always have something that I really do need to purchase......
