Beyond expectations
I used to live in Preston so this fantastic chippy was on my door step, Ive now moved to Kingswear but still insist in driving back to Preston to buy my fish and chips. The fish is always fresh and really white and the chips are great too. You do have to wait a while but its well worth it. Its always a good sign when there is Q its proof that the foods LUSH!!!

What could be better than a big wholesome freshly cooked portion of fish with a huge mound of hot chips - in my case doused in vinegar and salt - wrapped in paper and then eaten on the beach at Holicombe with the moon and stars above you and the waves gently caressing the sand?
This has got to be the best value and quality fish and chip take away in the bay,ok so it is a bit of a greasey spoon,and yes you do have to wait for the fish and chips to be cooked,but don't you want fresh?
This is one of the big joys of living in the Bay...and so far the grockles don't know about it much,or the beach at Holicombe!

Great fish and chips nice batter great chips, friendly staff plus if you want you can eat in too. be ware of friday night at about 6pm you will que out the door and up the road
