Beyond expectations
We first went here on the off chance for a carvery one sunday afternoon and we have never gone anywhere else since.
Every week there is a giant selection of freshly prepared vegetables and cooked meats.
The staff are very pleasant and nothing is too much hassle.
Overall if you want somewhere to go for a good value out of this world meal, visit the Half Moon Inn

Above expectations
this place used to be not a great place to eat-what a difference!! the carvery is wonderfu!!! what a wonderful selection of veg!!! the meat is warm and gravy always hot!! the puddings are gorgeous but the portions are quite large!!! a pleasant pub to have a good meal with good company!!

Above expectations
this well exceeded expectations. this carvery is superb and i happen to like a really good carvery. the food is well presented and always piping hot-the chef is really friendly as are his staff and they always make sure you are ok!!it does tend to get busy so for sundays i suggest you book.
